How we do it

Clearly identify client mass hiring needs:

The starting point of this process is to accurately identify client needs. This is done through a proper analysis of the position’s requirements (criteria), the required competencies as well as the soft, technical and language skills needed. This is then followed by a meeting to confirm all the required candidate recruitment criteria and to further understand the nature of the project as well as the working conditions.

Searching and sourcing through database and different channels:

After approving the most accurate candidate best fit profile (CBP), the search and sourcing stage begins. At this stage a professional recruiter searches through the JOBMASTER direct database as well as other sources including but not limited to referrals, online recruitment tools, professional channels , institute and university visits as well as social channels and other suitable source, in order to reach good pool of candidates  that match the predetermined CBP.

Interviews & Assessments:

At this stage, the recruiter starts to interview potential candidates through a phone screening phase and consequently scheduling face to face interviews with the successful ones. During this phase, JOBMASTER recruiters ensure that their competencies match the predetermined CBP, and certify that their technical skill and cultural background match the job requirements.

 

Hiring:

As this stage the recruiter is acting as the focal point between the Client and the accepted candidates and assists in all employer hiring steps in terms of communicating the required documents and the starting date as well as communicating the offer details and contract terms

 

Sending Weekly batches for the Client and following up:

At this stage, we forward a number of short listed candidates to the client in weekly batches. Furthermore we handle all logistic arrangements in terms of interviewing and test scheduling and all other arrangements needed. Also, our recruiters will follow on with our clients to work as business advisors and to receive client feedback on the candidates and modify the search if needed.
