The Challenge
The Bank wanted to assess its employees' productivity more objectivity. It also wanted to map its workfornce in terms of capability and capacity, to identify development gaps and build development plans that would help itrealize its human capital potential.
Solutions Elements
- Our consultants started by creating the Bank's Competency Framework and Competency Model, for all employee levels
- We then conducted an assessment centre based on the competency framework previously set for 1500 employees, using personality questionnaires, role plays and group exercises
- As a result, we delivered feedback sessions and designs Personal Development Plans for all employees
- Finally, we supported the Bank HR Team in embedding the use of the assessments in the Bank's promitions and succession planning processes
