Since its establishment in 1995, JOBMASTER has become one of the leading human capital solutions providers in the MENA region, recognised for enhanced knowledge, accumulated practical experience in the human resources field and diversified exposure.

Founded by a group of young entrepreneurs, JOBMASTER initially started as a pioneering recruitment firm. As the Egyptian market matured, JOBMASTER recognised the growing need for different and comprehensive human resources solutions, and introduced its diverse range of services while maintaining its high quality offerings and expertise.

OUR JOURNEY

JOBMASTER across the years

1995

JOBMASTER is established in Cairo by a group of young entrepreneurs as a pioneering recruitment firm.

2003

The JOBMASTER Evaluation Tool, JET, enters use and becomes the basis of our reward management work.

2007

The UAE branch opens and begins handling an increasing number of projects in the GCC region.

2010

Core projects run in Saudi Arabia, Libya and Qatar, establishing regional delivery.

2014

Expansion into Sudan, alongside the founding of affiliate Riverwaves for competency based talent management.

2016

Partnership with SIGNIUM in Egypt adds executive search and leadership services to the group.

Regional presence

Since 2007 our branch in the UAE has handled an increasing number of projects within the GCC region, with a culturally personalised approach to delivering tailored services. By 2010 we were delivering core projects in Saudi Arabia, Libya and Qatar, followed by expansion into Sudan in 2014, giving us permanent delivery capability on a regional basis.
